USB Flash Drive Tester can perform ‘Read’, ‘Write’ as well as ‘Write, Read and Compare’ tests.What does COMPARISON Error mean.

I am using the correct bin files and I am not an idiot but when I attempt to Write Flash using iXtreme burner fw, i get the following error message: Error writing FLASH to drive. It will format the flash drive and set it up to as if it was factory formatted. Using the Flash Utility to attempt to flash my iHAS 124-B, it immediately errors out with a dialog box "Error writing FLASH to drive!". This happens both with the Burner MAX firmware and if I try the backed up AL0S firmware.
